Sex is a normal part of every adult’s life, but sometimes it can be something that is a bit hard to maintain. Especially if a lack of sleep is getting in the way.
Sleep can cause many issues and destroying a sex life is one of them. Without energy one cannot do the things that are needed that would make sex that much better.
Sleep is also a healing agent, if you aren’t getting a good night’s sleep there is a chance that you are hurting more and any day to day injuries aren’t healing properly.
Who wants sex when they are in pain. Sex is fun but it requires a lot from the body, energy, movement, and the enjoyment. All of which can’t be dealt with in a proper fun fashion if all you want to do is catch those zzz’s you have been missing out on.
