What are Blue Balls & How to treat Blue Balls?

December 12, 2020 by Deepak Arora

Blue balls are a condition of testicles. It is a male sexual health condition where you feel pain in your testicles. It happens when you mentally reach the highest point of arousal, but no orgasm takes place. The semen stays back in your body and blood gets trapped in testicles because of no ejaculation post arousal.

When do Blue Balls happen & why?

It happens when you are aroused while watching Porn, reading erotica, or engaged in is sex with your partner but unable to ejaculate. You are in a state where you feel arousal and reached the point of orgasm with no release of semen. The problem stems from the fact that you cannot ejaculate the orgasm and your testicles cause pain.

During this period, you culminate to the highest point of arousal. The blood flow reaches the highest level between your penis and testicles. Your body needs to ejaculate as you arrive at the state mentally, but you do not come to the point of ejaculation. As a result, the entire cycle, from arousal to ejaculation, does not complete. Subsequently, you will start feeling the pain in your testicles as blue balls.

3 Ways to treat Blue Balls

Here are three easy remedies to treat your blue balls.

1. Try having consent sex with your partner.

If you can ejaculate during the sex, your blue balls will get back to normal.

2. Take time out for masturbation.

If you can reach the orgasm while masturbating and successfully ejaculate, your blood circulation will get normalized. You get rid of the pain caused by blue balls.

3. Unable to ejaculate

If you cannot do either of the above, try to think away from the sexual thoughts and focus on some activities to engage. It will help you normalize the blood flow and the condition of the blue ball of the testicles.

Things you need to do while treating

It does not require medication or clinical treatment. All you need to do is to devote some time to yourself. You need to avoid distractions while you are treating them.

For the time being, get busy with your other activities and thoughts to distract your mind from the pain. The pain sensation will reduce.

If you are still feeling the pain in the testicles, or if you are having severe pain, then you may delay all other activities and ejaculate first. Try to get dedicated time for yourself when you are going to treat your blue balls. Get yourself enough time to ejaculate. Try not to disrupt the process of ejaculation as that may cause further pain. You may not engage in the ejaculation process if you think some activities might come up.

Post-Treatment

After ejaculation, lie down on your bed and relax for some time. If you still feel the pain even after ejaculation, you may sit in a tub of warm water for some time. If it does not resolve the issue, get the condition treated by consulting a sexologist, and get a painkiller for a short time. A proper ejaculation of orgasm after natural arousal will treat the Blue Balls. In most cases, you do not need to see a doctor.
