Being high in narcissism means that you see yourself in an overly idealistic, positive light.

Most narcissists don’t value morality and warmth, but they value traits such as ambitiousness, high intelligence, and extraversion. They tend to engage in manipulative forms of game-playing instead of promoting closeness with others through commitment.

This behavioral trait can cause a serious rift in an otherwise good relationship.
