More than 50% of Young Indian men are suffering from some type of sexual health problem, especially erectile dysfunction. Till a few years back most of the cases that we got for ED were of men in their 40’s and 50’s but this trend has changed and now the majority of cases that we get are of men in their early 20’s.
Most of older men face this problem due to the natural ageing process of the body, their testosterone levels decrease and their stamina reduces due to which they may have trouble during sex. On the other hand younger men face erection problems primarily due to the lifestyle they lead. Today’s hectic life means that most men eat unhealthy food, are sleep deprived and generally have higher stress levels than the generation before.
It is vitally important that they make the effort to improve their diets, incorporate some sort of exercises and sleep properly. This will not only help them overcome sexual health problems but also other diseases like high BP, diabetes etc.
In this video Dr.Arora explains the above mentioned factors.
